By using our website, requesting a quote, hiring us for services, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Arbol Roble provides residential and commercial landscaping services including landscape maintenance, water management and irrigation, tree services, and landscape design. All work is performed under our CA contractor license and in accordance with industry best practices.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program Description: When you provide your mobile phone number to Arbol Roble through a web form, by phone, in person, or in writing, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from us related to your service. Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Crew arrival notifications and service updates
  • Estimates, proposals, and invoice notifications
  • Responses to your questions and customer support
  • Occasional service-related announcements

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your active jobs and your communications with us. Most customers receive only a handful of messages around the time of a scheduled service.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, and you will be unsubscribed. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you want to join again, simply reply to one of our messages or contact us to opt back in.

4. Estimates, Quotes, and Service Agreements

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted based on site conditions discovered after a walkthrough. Service agreements, change orders, and recurring maintenance contracts are governed by the specific written proposal you sign with us.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed to in writing. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee and may pause future scheduled service.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled service. Recurring maintenance agreements may be cancelled with written notice as outlined in your service agreement.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to it. Content on our website (including photos, copy, and design) is the property of Arbol Roble and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbol Roble's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
